This website is owned & operated by Garden Activewear. 

Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Garden Activewear.

Social Media

If you post an image on social media and tag our brand social media handle (@gardenactivewear) you are voluntarily agreeing to allow Garden Activewear the unrestricted right to use the image across it’s own social media accounts & website, without limitation & compensation for use of the image.

International Deliveries

We recommend that all international customers check with their countries customs department before completing an order, with regards to the understanding of any import costs (duties & taxes etc) that may be liable for payment upon entry to the destination country. Transport costs included in any order are transport costs only and Garden Activewear is not liable nor accept any responsibility for customs delays or duties, taxes or unexpected costs incurred. 

Dispatch

Orders are generally dispatched within 3 business days of the order being placed. This is subject to all ordered products being in stock. If there are any products which cannot be fulfilled from your order, we will contact you via email to offer an alternative or determine an appropriate solution.

Receipt of Order

Upon receiving the order, the customer is responsible for checking the products for any fault or damage. Should there be any items that are at fault or damaged, it is the customers responsibility to notify us as soon as possible.

Website Errors

In the unlikely event that a product is listed for an incorrect price or with incorrect information, we reserved the right to remove the product from sale, as well as refuse or cancel orders. If this were to occur, we would contact any customers who have had their order/s cancelled for this reason and provide a full refund of the order amount.
